Amazing staff and overall experience. We were upgraded to a corner king and the room was larger than my old NYC apartment with a full shower and separate soaking tub. The staff was kind, funny, helpful, and over all pleasant. The lobby bar with fireplace is a great place to grab a drink before heading out to dinner. Access to multiple metro lines and downtown neighborhoods is epic. All around a great stay - will choose this hotel next time for sure. Definitely beats staying in Midtown too. Shout out Eduardo, Xavier, Karin, and homie with the long curly hair and gauges whose name I didn’t catch at the front desk.

5 star service indeed, location, amenities, room, and most importantly the staff. Mariah and Eduardo very professional and helpful. Got an unbelievable upgrade to a suite with a view you are happy to wake up to every day. This is a must stay for me when in Tribeca. Thanks

Stayed at this place for 3 days. Was given a room on the second floor. It was too close to the street level and it was difficult to to sleep due to the noise level. There is a constant stream of traffic going by especially garbage trucks at all hours of the day. The room is clean but the water pressure is not ideal and can be improved. The location is good.

I've had the best experience here. I'm currently staying for a modeling shoot and the location has been PERFECT. The staff are friendly, the area is lively but still calm and you can head right downstairs for a nice meal or a drink. I couldn't be happier. I can say with confidence that the suites are well worth the price-- if you're considering it...splurge! You won't regret it, it's one of the largest rooms I've ever had in New York. Ramon and Jaynard were EXCEPTIONAL to work with and I'll certainly be back.

We had a lovely stay at Smyth Tribeca! The hotel is clean and modern and the bed and is super confortable! Also, the staff was very friendly and professional and we not only enjoyed an evening cocktail at the cozy hotel side lounge, but delicious muffins and coffee the next morning. We highly recommend!

The hotel itself is lovely and in a great location in Tribeca—walkable, quiet, and convenient while still feeling tucked away from the chaos of the city. We chose a room with a balcony/patio, which was a nice feature to have. That said, because of that room type, the room itself was quite small, with just enough space for a queen bed. It’s something to keep in mind if you value extra room space over outdoor access. On the plus side, the bathroom was surprisingly large, very clean, and beautifully done, which made a big difference in overall comfort. What truly made this stay exceptional was the service. Qualeemah (Bella) went above and beyond to help me make my partner’s 50th birthday—on New Year’s Eve—really special. Her communication in advance was excellent, and she was incredibly helpful in coordinating room decorations and details. That level of care and attentiveness made the experience memorable and personal. I would absolutely return to this hotel if I’m staying in Tribeca again, and I’d happily recommend it—especially for anyone celebrating a special occasion and looking for thoughtful, standout service.

Staff beyond words.. my daughter had a civil wedding so we stayed within walking distance to city hall Nyc. From the doorman, receptionist, managers on shift to every single member we encountered. I would definitely can't wait for my daughter to stay every year for her anniversary to recreate amazing experiences. Thank you all staff for the days of 2/2 /-2/4... I dont have the words to thank you ... the rooms are spacious & clean. The food especially an avocado toast with cranberry. I think I covered the food, staff & location .... 10/10
